Gift Certificate Terms & Conditions

By purchasing or using a Peace & Thread Designs LLC gift certificate, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Redemption:      Gift certificates may be redeemed exclusively for products or services      offered by Peace & Thread Designs LLC. They are not redeemable for      cash and cannot be used to purchase additional gift certificates.
2. Expiration:      Gift certificates are valid for one (1) year from the date of      issue. After the expiration date, any remaining balance will be forfeited      and the certificate will no longer be valid.
3. Non-Transferable:      Gift certificates are non-transferable and may only be used by the      individual named on the certificate unless otherwise approved in writing      by Peace & Thread Designs LLC.
4. Lost      or Stolen Certificates: Peace & Thread Designs LLC is not      responsible for lost, stolen, or unauthorized use of gift certificates.      Treat gift certificates like cash.
5. Remaining      Balances: Any unused balance will remain on the gift certificate until      the expiration date and may be used for future purchases. No cash refunds      will be given for unused balances.
6. Fraud      Prevention: Peace & Thread Designs LLC reserves the right to      refuse, cancel, or hold for review any certificate that is suspected of      fraud, tampering, or violation of these terms.
7. Changes      to Terms: Peace & Thread Designs LLC reserves the right to amend      these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice, to the extent      permitted by law.
